I guess it's too much to ask that a person who signs a contract or agreement of any sort actually read what they are signing. they may say they do, but actions speak louder than words..
IF YOU AGREE TO KEEP ALL THINGS CONFIDENTIAL IN THE EVENT OF A DISOLUTION OF A RELATIONSHIP, WHAT IS THERE TO NOT UNDERSTAND.
THAT MEANS DO NOT DISCUSS...FOR ANY REASON...GOOD OR BAD... AND YOU SIGN THIS AGREEMENT....YOU ARE EXPECTED AND WILL BE HELD TO IT...
I GUESS THE FUNNY THING TO ME IS THAT A PERSON COULD ACTUALLY THINK THAT THEY COULD BAD-MOUTH ME AND IT WOULDN'T GET BACK TO ME....
