I believe it's a concept that is NOT universally known, respected or cherished. My interpretation of loyalty involves some very basic concepts.

Mean what you say and say what you mean

Your priority is to please your Mistress, learn Her desires, anticipate Her needs and wants

Respect the privacy of the relationship

Realize that you are there to serve Her and everything you do should reflect that

Know that you should be discussing any issues or concerns between the two of Y/you and NO-ONE ELSE

If you go Y/your separate ways, NEVER discuss private matters

Although people have said in life 'we parted on good terms' that is a rare condition, I believe. Most relationships end with one or both parties having some feelings that may not be so pleasant.

It is the Mature one who holds their tongue and refrains from discussing details with anyone, and even when they are told of the other person's slander and lack of loyalty, the Mature one continues to keep their opinion to themselves and NOT stoop to the level of the one violating the rules of the relationship.

At the same time the Mature one does feel violated and must vent this feeling, but chooses to do it in a productive way, that may actually help someone else down the road who is faced with the same situation
